Unless otherwise negotiated, check in is at 5pm and check out is at 11am.

Please be aware that check in includes a guided tour of the space so we do ask that you are punctual or allow us good notice if the check in time is not suitable.

Our Expectations:

Much time, effort and care has been put into the creation of House of Eros, we ask that our guests treat the space as such.

Noise - Although we celebrate a life lived at max volume, House of Eros is in a residential area and noise restrictions do apply. We have neighbours and our business relies on a friendly relationship with them. Therefore we ask if you are planning to have a late night (and we hope you are) that noise be kept to a reasonable level after 10pm on weekdays and 11pm on weekends; including closing the balcony door.

Laundry - Towels, bath robes and Splash Blankets are available for your use, please help us by placing used items in the washing machine/laundry sink before you leave.

Toys - Remember when your parents would make you put your toys away neatly when you were done with them? We won't make you do that here. But we do ask that you place all used toys into the indicated container for cleaning and sterilization; we also request that condoms are used for insertables and that these are given a quick clean with toy cleaner (provided) after use.

Lube/Massage Oil - Due to damages sustained we request that no coconut oil and no oil or silicone based lubes be used within House of Eros. If extra cleaning is required due to their use this will be charged at 50$ an hour.

Spa Etiquette - Please help us keep the spa available for free use and not an optional extra by following three easy requests. First and foremost, have a quick shower before hopping in the spa. Secondly, do not take food or cigarettes into the spa so we can avoid emptying it more than required. And third, no glass in the spa area!

Fake tans and spas don't mix!

If you are using fake tan please do not use the spa as any staining of the spa caused by fake tan will result in a forfeit deposit.

Liabilities:

While we take every care to ensure all equipment and toys provided within House of Eros is maintained to a high standard, the use of House of Eros and anything contained within the property is at your own risk. If you do not fully understand how to safely use any piece of equipment, be sure to ask us or do not use it.

We encourage all visitors to familiarise themselves with safe kink practices. For more information or recommendations for further learning please don’t hesitate to contact us.

Guests will not be held liable for damage caused by fair use (although we do ask that you notify us of any breakages), any major damage which occurs from misuse or mistreatment will result in additional charges. As will any special* cleaning costs.

We accept no responsibility for loss or damage to guests' valuables.

*While we do not wish to yuck anyone's yum, there are certain things we will not clean. We have hard limits and expect them to be respected. This is not a space for scat play or roman showers.

Payment schedule:

100% due at time of booking. 

Cancellation policy:

100% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 14 days before arrival or earlier.

50% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 7 days before arrival or earlier.

0% refundable if canceled after.

Security deposit:

A pre-authorization of AUD 200.00 is held on 1 days before arrival and voided on 2 days after departure
