FAQ
-
What is House of Eros?
Barbie's Dream House, but for adults.
-
Who is House of Eros For?
Couples, lovers, friends who are very comfortable with each other and even solo folks who are just after some alone time outside of their own abode.
-
How many people can I book for?
House of Eros was designed with two in mind, but it has the space to comfortably sleep up to four guests
-
What can I do at House of Eros?
House of Eros has been created for decadence, sexual connection and relaxation. You can sip wine on the sunset adjacent balcony, kick back in the spa or tie a lover to our four poster bed. We encourage you to find what you seek within this space and become very well acquainted with it.
But before you ask, we do not offer a space for rowdy gatherings or group bookings. Although we love to revel in such hedonistic affairs we do have neighbours, our neighbours have ears and probably have to get up in the morning for an international Zoom meeting.

Do I have to be super kinky to enjoy House of Eros?
Absolutely not! While House of Eros has an undeniable tilt towards kink, we've designed it to be approachable for experienced players and curious first timers alike. The exception to this being the kink space, which may not be to everyone's taste, but the space offers plenty besides this.
-
What if I *want* to be super kinky?
The space is set up for you to explore and indulge. Please note that we do not provide services beyond offering a space for guests to utilise (we're not sex workers), however we are happy to show you how the equipment we have functions (a guided tour is provided at check in) and answer any questions that may arise pertaining to your stay.

What's your cancellation policy?

-
Is the space wheelchair friendly?
Unfortunately the house contains quite a number of stairs and as such, is not suitable for those with mobility aids. For those in search of a more accessible space we can make recommendations, please get in touch - Contact
-
So... who's cleaning up around here?
We are! And with that in mind we ask that you assist us in a few minor ways as outlined in our Terms of Hire. Asides from the obvious, we aim to keep the space as hygienic and clean as possible. This includes thorough and regular sanitisation of the play spaces and their contents. Should you find something that appears below the highest standards, please let us know.
-
Why do you have a $200 pre-authorisation policy?
We hope it's obvious to visitors that we've put a lot of time and energy into creating House of Eros, as such we ask for a bond that is fully refundable provided the space is treated and left in a way which reflects our Terms of Hire. If you would like to visit but our pre-authorisation policy is a barrier for you, please get in touch to discuss options.

Do you realise House of Eros as an acronym is Hoe?
